Can the starting video (Root Video) for an interaction journey be a livestream or is it always a short video?

• Short Video only.

Can I reuse a Short video for the Root Video that is a part of another journey?

• No. You must use a unique video per each journey. What you can do is duplicate a previously used video to then used that duplicated video.

Can we lead to a regular livestream or showroom livestream (replay) from an interactive video flow?

• Currently only short videos, but we will look into adding Livestreams, Digital Showroom, One-to-One and other options in the future.

What Video Length and Resolution are supported?

• We support both short form and long form video (up to 20 mins) and Support up to 720p resolution.

What are the Product Hydration and Cart Hydration?

• Ability to sync product information like description, inventory status, price etc to the product card.
• Ability to sync the in player cart to the website or App shopping cart

What are the Shoppable Video aggregation systems?

• Aggregate videos from your employee and use on your website
• . Aggregate videos from your influencer and use on your website

Is MRSS feed import supported?

• Yes, customers can push videos to Firework using MRSS feed.
