Live Stream Ends Unexpectedly Mid-Stream

Try These Steps First
Live stream interruptions are often caused by network instability or device-related issues. Please try the following troubleshooting steps.
1. Check Your Internet Connection
A stable internet connection is required for uninterrupted live streaming.
Try the following:
- Reload the page and reconnect to the live stream.
- Test your internet speed using a speed test tool.
- If possible, switch from Wi-Fi to a wired (Ethernet) connection.
- If using Wi-Fi, move closer to your router to improve signal strength.
2. Restart Your Device
Restart your smartphone, tablet, or computer to clear any temporary issues that may be affecting playback.
After restarting, reopen the page and rejoin the live stream.
3. Close Other Apps and Browser Tabs
Running multiple applications or browser tabs simultaneously can consume your device's resources and available network bandwidth, which may interrupt live streaming.
Close any unnecessary apps or tabs before trying the live stream again.
Note: If other users on the same network are downloading large files, streaming content, or participating in video calls, your available bandwidth may decrease and affect the quality or stability of the live stream.
