Step #1

After creating AVA, Select the Add to Site option located on the left side , followed by choosing the FAQ.

Select Starter Questions, then click on Add Question to input a new question. You can include up to six questions, with each question having a maximum length of 60 characters. This set of questions will serve as the default content displayed in the FAQ widget that you embed on your website.

You can easily rearrange the questions by dragging and dropping them.

Additional Question Set - You can establish URL conditions to apply starter questions to specific URLs. To do this, create a new Question Set with designated URL conditions that dictate where these questions will be displayed on various webpages. Simply click on the +Question Set button to add more.

The starter questions will appear as soon as a user first loads the AVA.

The styling options enable you to personalize the primary color and adjust the corner radius of the buttons.
