Add Closed Captions to Your Firework Videos

Step #1

Navigate to the Firework Business Portal.

On the All Videos page, locate the Short Video to which you wish to add closed captions, and click on it. This will take you to the video detail page.

Navigate to the settings menu and locate the Subtitles section. Here, you can upload a .vtt subtitle or closed caption file for your video. Be sure to select the appropriate language for your file before proceeding.

Then click on Click to Upload to upload the .vtt Subtitle or Closed Caption file to your video.

To enable closed captioning, simply click on the checkbox labeled " Closed Captioning."

Click the blue Save & Close button.
