Klaviyo: Browse Abandonment Flow

Prerequisite:

Before building abandoned cart flows in Klaviyo using Firework, ensure your apps have been successfully connected. See this article on how to get started.

Create an Abandonment Flow

Step #1

Login to your Klaviyo account, navigate to Flows, and click Create Flow.

Step #2

Within “Create Flow”, Click on “Browse Abandonment”

Step #3

Name the flow something like Firework Browse Abandonment, and click Use Template.
Note: Trigger is "When someone Viewed Product"

Step #4

Select the Firework Browse Abandonment block flow and right click to edit it.

Within you will be prompted to provide a Sender Email Address. Click on “Edit email” on the right hand-side to do this.

Step #6

Now you drag-and-drop either FW_BROWSE_ABANDOMEND_SMALL or FW_BROWSE_ABANDOMEND_BEST_FIT .

Step #7

Great! Now you have created the flow. Browse abandonment emails are sent when an existing subscriber views a product on your website and doesn’t place an item in their shopping cart.

Step #8

Once an existing user "Viewed Product", they will be put into the Browse Abandonment Flow.
