Video Won't Play / Not Displaying
Common Symptoms
You may be experiencing one or more of the following issues:
- The video player displays a blank screen or a loading spinner that never disappears.
- The video thumbnail is visible, but clicking Play does nothing.
- The video starts playing but immediately stops or buffers continuously.
- An error message appears where the video should be displayed.
- The video plays on some devices but not on others.
Try These Steps First
Please try the following troubleshooting steps in order. Many video playback issues can be resolved using one of these methods.
1. Try a Different Browser or Device
Open the same page in a different browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) or on another device.
If the video plays successfully, the issue is likely related to your original browser or device settings.
2. Try Incognito / Private Browsing Mode
Open your browser in Incognito or Private Browsing mode and visit the same page.
Note: If the video plays correctly in Incognito Mode or a different browser, a browser extension or cached data may be causing the issue. Please continue with the following troubleshooting steps.
3. Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies
Outdated or corrupted cache files can prevent videos from loading properly.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies from the browser settings, then reload the page and try playing the video again.
4. Disable Ad Blockers and Browser Extensions
Some ad blockers and browser extensions can interfere with video playback.
Temporarily disable any extensions, reload the page, and check whether the video plays correctly.
