Klaviyo: Browse Abandonment Flow

Re-engage customers who viewed a product with a Firework video tagged to it, but didn’t add to cart or purchase.

Note: Before building abandoned cart flows in Klaviyo using Firework, ensure your apps have been successfully connected.
  1. Select the Firework Browse Abandonment block flow and right click to edit it.

🪜 Steps

  1. Login to your Klaviyo account, navigate to Flows, and click Create Flow.

  1. Within “Create Flow”, Click on “Browse Abandonment”

  1. Name the flow something like Firework Browse Abandonment, and click Use Template.
    1. Note: Trigger is "When someone Viewed Product"

  1. Within you will be prompted to provide a Sender Email Address. Click on “Edit email” on the right hand-side to do this.

  1. Now you drag-and-drop either FW_BROWSE_ABANDOMEND_SMALL or FW_BROWSE_ABANDOMEND_BEST_FIT .

  1. Great! Now you have created the flow. Browse abandonment emails are sent when an existing subscriber views a product on your website and doesn’t place an item in their shopping cart.

  1. Once an existing user "Viewed Product", they will be put into the Browse Abandonment Flow.
