The Firework Business Portal is the hub for all of your content and where you can manage your business as it relates to your Firework content. Read on for tips on navigating the Business Portal.

In the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the Business Portal, you'll see several menu headers. You can now take the new CMS tour .

Note: Some of the options below appear based on your account access. Connect with your Account Manager if you want to enable a feature not visible.

Navigation Menu

Channels

Click the Video header on the left side of the navigation menu, then click the drop-down icon beside the channel to view all of the channels that you've set up in your Firework account. Using channels is a way to separate your content and stores based on different brands/functions within your business.

Click each Channel to access that channel's video library, including short videos and to setup livestream events. You can also manage your content.

To access the Stores, Livestreams, 1:1 and Settings for a particular channel, be sure you've clicked the intended Channel

Livestreams

Choose the desired channel, then click on the +Add Videos button located at the top right corner. From there, select Create Livestream Event to initiate the process of setting up your Livestream event. Follow the provided steps to complete the setup. How to setup Livestream

1:1 Video Chat

Select to showcase the One to One Workspace. For further guidance navigating follow our navigating the One to One Workspace.

Stores

Under the Stores header, you can add multiple stores to your Firework account. Within these stores, you can:

• Click Products to add products to your store.
• Click Import Products to import or sync products to your store.
• Click Manage to select and delete items from the store
• Click Payments to view product purchases and update your store payment settings.
• Click Store Details to edit details about your store.

AI Virtual Assistant

Select to view your products with AI Virtual Assistant (AVA) assigned. See our steps to further navigate and set up AVA per your products.

Business Apps

Connect to the Firework Apps for your Shopify store or your WordPress Site.

• The Business Apps section will be removed for all SLG customers and replaced with Integrations under the Settings.
• The Klaviyo Entry Point will be displayed in the Business Portal for all Shopify customers.

Account Usage

This section provides an overview of your business performance.

Settings

Settings now contains all advanced features, Access features such as Webhooks, Automations, or fine tune your SDK.

• ‍Team Members: You can add members to access your Firework Business Portal as well as update member permissions. For help on updating your member settings, see Add Members to Your Firework Business Portal. ‍
• Payment: Monitor your product purchases and manage your payment settings.‍
• Edit Business: Adjust your business name, website, and email address.‍
• Language: Adjust the language in which you want Firework to display.

Locate your profile and access support conveniently in the bottom left corner of your screen.

• ‍Live Chat: Connect in real time with one of our support associates. ‍
• Support: Explore our help center and developer documentation for support, and connect with our AI specialist for real-time assistance.‍
• Profile: Enables you to view all business

The navigation menu at the top level offers streamlined access to essential areas of your business portal, enabling you to manage your operations effectively and efficiently.

Videos

The Videos tab is where you can upload and manage your content. This includes uploading short videos, setting up livestream events, and creating playlists and playlist collections.

Products

Allows you to Add Videos to Your Products, and Manage Them in One Page

Your Site

Enables you to generate an HTML embed code

Insights

Under the Insights tab, you can view various performance metrics for your video.

Settings

Now that you know your way around the Business Portal, you can customize the way it looks.

• También puedes cambiar el tamaño de cualquier botón de llamada a la acción que aparezca en tus vídeos haciendo clic en Grande o Pequeña.
• Bajo Configuración de transmisión en vivo tiene la opción de agregar un carácter Unicode personalizado. Este carácter personalizado se sustituirá para representar el contenido que no cumpla con las restricciones de censura establecidas.
• Puedes elegir la categoría en la que quieres que aparezcan los nombres de usuario durante la transmisión en directo.

Contenido dinámico

Usa contenido dinámico para renderizar listas de reproducción para audiencias específicas.

Paso #1

Para crear una cohorte, basta con introducir la información necesaria, como el nombre de la cohorte, la categoría, el país, el público objetivo y la lista de reproducción.

Haga clic Guardar

Paso #3

Haga clic en el Generar etiqueta para seleccionar el diseño de la lista de reproducción que desee, así como los parámetros deseados
