Gathering Insight on Interactions

Analytics on Question Cards, Polls, Giveaway, Link, Trivia giveaway will be available immediately. Further Analytics will be available 30 minutes after the stream ends and can be viewed in the Insights tab in your Business Portal.

Step #1

To gather analytics on Question Cards/Polls/Giveaways/link/trivia giveaway, click on video and select the Interactions tab from the left side .

Step #2

Emails from responders to the question cards and giveaways can be downloaded from the Business Portal by selecting the number of Responses to the Question.
