  1. Updating your email address

To update your email address, navigate to the Firework Business Portal. On the top right hand corner of the screen you will see your username.

Click on your username -> Profile.

You will then see the below screen where you will be able to update your email address.

  1. Updating Password

Same as above but there’s an option to update password I think?

  1. Managing team members on your account

To manage team members on your Firework account for your business, navigate to your Firework Business Portal. On the top left, click on the three dashes as shown below.

This expands the left pane. Next, click on the Settings tab. There you will see a tab that says Team Members. Clicking on this will allow you to add/invite new members, or get rid of existing ones.

  1. Opening and logging into a Firework account via Google ID/FacebookID/Phone 

To login into your account via your Google ID/Facebook ID/Phone, head over to the Firework Business Portal Login.

If you are not logged into your account or are visiting for the first time, you will be greeted with the following screen.

For first time users, you will be prompted to create a new account that links to one of these related services.

From here, select the relevant icon for your preferred login method and you’re good to go!
