At the moment, we have three distinct categories of pricing plans – the Starter plan, the Standard Plan, and the Enterprise plan.

If you wish to upgrade from the Starter Plan, all you need to do is send a quick email to our Support team. We will then set up a short meeting to help determine what plan is best suited for your needs and walk you through the difference between the plans.

The Standard Plan is recommended for businesses that would like to take advantage of our short video and industry standard live-streaming services which is the future of e-commerce marketing. A Firework Success Manager will guide you through every step of the way to ensure your business is successful and what you want it to be.

The Enterprise Plan is recommended for enterprise clients that want to take advantage of the full Firework experience. A dedicated Firework Success Manager will be working with you to help tailor our services to best fit your business’s needs.
