To create a more interactive and immersive journey for their customers, GreenPan utilized the 24x7 replay function to seamlessly upload pre-recorded content, enabling shoppers to access engaging material at any time. They further organized a dynamic grid of short video snippets, showcasing chef-related content that resonated with their audience.

To elevate the experience even more, GreenPan brought on board renowned celebrity chef Bobby Flay to showcase their products in action. His culinary expertise and engaging personality added excitement and credibility to the brand, with Firework's platform allowing shoppers to see the products being used in real-time cooking demonstrations. This collaboration not only captivated viewers but also made the shopping experience more personal, driving higher engagement and conversions.

Additionally, they embedded Firework's Shoppable Video on their homepage as well as PDPs, allowing customers to easily shop while watching product videos for a seamless path to purchase.

Furthermore, GreenPan enhanced customer engagement with a floating player Product Finder Quiz.
