Portal App Download
OTO Workspace is available for download on both Windows and Mac OS.
Get Started
Access the One to One Workplace, and then choose the Advanced section from the Settings menu.
Choose the correct version for your device by clicking either "Download for Mac" or "Download for Windows" to obtain the desktop application.
Downloading for Mac
After downloading the application for Mac, you may encounter a pop-up message stating that the Firework workspace cannot be opened.
Navigate to the System Settings on your Mac, then select "Privacy & Security" and click on "Open Anyway" to allow the Firework workspace to launch.
This will launch the One to One workspace. Click on "Get Started" and log in to the business portal by entering your email address.
At the top of the app, you will find a dropdown menu that allows you to choose the appropriate business and chat channel to begin your work.
Downloading for Windows
After downloading the application for Windows, you may see a pop-up message indicating that Windows has protected your PC. To proceed, click on "More Info," and then select the "Run Anyway" option to continue with the installation.
This will open the Firework Workspace Setup, allowing you to proceed with the installation of the app.
Once the installation is complete, the app will launch, and you can proceed with the login process, which is similar to that of the Mac version.
