How to Access the Schedule Archive

Step #1

Navigate to the Business portal, Select the video you wish to archive then go to the settings menu. Click on 'Archive' and specify the date for which you would like the video to be archived.

You can also Archive the video by clicking on the eye icon below the video. Once you archive the video it gets removed from the playlist and from the existing embed and places it in an archived folder within the Business portal.

For short videos, you can archive them by clicking on the video and then selecting the eye icon located below it to archive. If you prefer to schedule the archiving for a specific date, navigate to the settings menu, choose the auto archive option, and set your desired date.

Click on the eye icon again if you want to unarchive the archived video. Once you unarchive the video it gets added back to its original playlist and embed

The Auto Archive feature under the settings menu enables you to schedule a specific date for archiving your videos. If you wish to archive a video immediately, simply click the eye icon below the video.

You can also setup the auto archive date while scheduling your livestream.
