Offer is to: (a) subscribe to the Firework Video Platform for $499/month (USD) for a 12-month term (“Subscription Term”) for use on one website domain; and (b) receive 1 month free during the 12-month Subscription Term for a total annual cost of $5,489. Eligible Customers means: (a) business organizations located in the United States; (b) that have never had a signed Sales Order Form for Firework technology as verified by Firework; (c) which have less than 50K monthly traffic to the website on which the Firework Video Platform will be placed; and (d) which have under $5 million USD in gross sales per year; and (e) which Firework has verified that the customer is not a video technology platform provider. The Firework Video Platform is the Firework technology that provides editing and hosted services for content which Customer has the right to access and use for the purposes of streaming such content on Customer’s owned and operated sites. For purposes of this offer, Firework Video Platform access is specific to Shoppable Videos, 1:1 Video Calls and Firework Studio for content creation; access and usage limitation apply as stated on the applicable Sales Order Form. To redeem this offer, Eligible Customers must (a) complete the inquiry form on the dedicated American Express offer landing page; (b) speak to a member of Firework’s sales team; and (c) sign the applicable Firework Sales Order Form by June 30, 2024 at 11:59PM EST. Your Subscription Term will auto-renew at then-current pricing as outlined in the Sales Order Form unless you cancel at least 30 days prior to the end of the Subscription Term pursuant to Firework’s terms and conditions. To cancel, you must provide written notice via email to ar@fireworkhq.com or support@fireworkhq.com. The cancellation will become effective at the end of the Subscription Term. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund and your access to the Firework Video Platform will continue for the remainder of the Subscription Term. In addition, if you elect to add product features or change your subscription plan, Firework will issue a new Sales Order Form. Offer is nontransferable and is void where prohibited. Offer is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent and cannot be combined with any other coupon or promotional offer.
