Full PDP Crawling enables AVA to automatically extract meaningful, text-based content from a product’s detail page (PDP) at the time of import. This semi-automated process enriches your product data by capturing on-page content that might be missed during standard syncs via API or webhook.

  1. To begin with click on the Products and then click on Add Product (+) to import into AVA.
  2. AVA will automatically crawl the PDP (if available) to retrieve FAQs and comparison charts
  3. The status of the crawling process will be displayed once it is completed.

  4.   5. Upon importing a product into AVA, Full PDP Crawling captures all accessible text-based content found on the product detail page (PDP).


Note:

  • Content already imported via product tables (e.g., API or webhook updates) is excluded from crawling results to avoid redundancy.
  • Read-only output: Crawled content cannot be manually edited within AVA
